My online programs are for women who want to feel more energised, confident, and deeply in tune with their bodies — all from the comfort of their own home.
As a trained women’s health coach, Pilates and breathwork facilitator, and pre/postnatal exercise specialist, I take a holistic approach that weaves together nourishing nutrition, supportive movement and exercise, cycle-aware practices, and mindfulness — so you can work with your body, not against it.
Each program is thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and gently reveal your natural inner glow.
And if you can’t see me face-to-face, prefer to learn in your own space, or are wanting the flexibility to move at your own pace, these programs are the perfect way to be supported from home.

My four-week Nervous System Reset gives you space to calm your mind and reconnect with your body through guided breathwork, gentle movement, and mindfulness rituals. Includes 4 x live online sessions and email support/tools to deepen your practice.

My six-week Prenatal Glow program gives you expert guidance and gentle exercises to prepare your body for labour.
Classes focus on pelvic floor and core strength, as well as breathwork to calm your body and mind.
