A little bit about me.

Breathwork has become such an important practice for me, helping me reconnect with my inner self, gently process my emotions, and find a sense of balance amidst the chaos.

To deepen my journey, I decided to train as a breathwork facilitator, complementing my background in pilates and holistic coaching.

This has been a transformative experience for me, and it’s such an honor to share this gift, creating a safe space for women and mothers to explore and nurture themselves.

What is somatic breathwork?

Somatic Breathwork is designed to activate the nervous system, help release emotions, and encourage inner exploration.

It involves a continuous rhythmic pattern of deep inhalation and relaxed exhalation. This builds momentum toward a peak state before transitioning into a calming, regulated breath pattern.
