I absolutely loved these prenatal Pilates classes with Lauren. The exercises were such a good workout during pregnancy and I also loved learning from Lauren about how to nurture and move your body during this phase of life. Lauren has such a beautiful energy and is so knowledge - little insights about what’s going on in your body and how to manage things that you just don’t hear elsewhere.

I also loved the guest experts Lauren had arranged to come in - the women’s health physio, doula, meditation session, etc. all added something extra and made me feel so much more prepared and excited for the journey ahead. The class vibes were so nice, the other girls were all lovely, such a gorgeous class I just wish it was longer than 6 wks!
