No need! I provide beautiful, thick mats for all clients, so you can just show up and enjoy your class.
Feel free to bring a small towel during the warmer months to keep comfortable.

All the equipment you need is provided in class.
My mat classes may include a variety of small Pilates equipment such as ankle weights, light hand weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls. These tools help enhance your workout and support your movement throughout each session.
In private sessions, you'll experience a mix of mat equipment, the Wunda Chair, and the Reformer.
Our Wunderform sessions combine these tools with weights ranging from 5-7kg, offering a diverse and dynamic workout tailored to your needs.
-
Yes, absolutely! My classes are tailored for all levels, and because group sizes are small, I can give each client the support they need—including beginners.
If you're unsure or would like a little extra guidance before starting, I highly recommend booking a private session so we can go through the basics together.

For small group classes, there is a 7-hour cancellation window. For private sessions, I ask for at least 12 hours’ notice.
This helps me manage the schedule and offer the spot to another client if needed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.
Prenatal & Postnatal Questions
-
As a pre- and postnatal corrective exercise specialist, I place a strong emphasis on properly activating the pelvic floor and deep lower core through specific breath techniques and carefully selected exercises.
During pre- and postnatal Pilates, we focus on strengthening muscles, improving posture, and preparing for labor.
In postpartum classes, the focus shifts to helping you activate the correct muscles for a stronger recovery.
This tailored approach ensures that both your body and mind are supported throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
-
Absolutely anytime! Staying active during pregnancy is so important—not just to keep your body strong for labour and support a smoother postpartum recovery, but also for your mental and emotional well-being.
Whether you're early in your pregnancy or further along, you're welcome to join when you feel ready.
-
Absolutely! I highly recommend continuing Pilates throughout your pregnancy, as long as it feels right for you.
It helps maintain strength, mobility, and balance, supports your emotional well-being, and can set you up for a smoother postpartum recovery.
-
This really depends on your individual birth experience and postpartum recovery.
I highly recommend all Innerglow clients see a women's health physiotherapist to get the all-clear before returning to Pilates.
You’re also welcome to contact me directly so we can discuss the best time for you to safely begin.
-
This really depends on your individual birth experience, postpartum recovery, and how your C-section scar is healing.
It's important to listen to your body, and I always recommend checking in with a women's health physiotherapist to ensure you're ready.
If you have concerns, feel free to reach out to me directly so we can discuss any modifications or adjustments that may be needed as you ease back into your practice.
-
Absolutely! One of the main reasons I created Inner Glow Pilates was to provide mothers with the opportunity to move their bodies in a safe, effective way while also bonding with their babies.
I understand how important it is to prioritise both your well-being and your connection with your little one, and I’m here to make that easier for you.
-
As mum of two, I totally understand how stressful this can be. Please know that we are all mums here, and we've all been in the same situation—there’s absolutely no judgment.
My hands are always free to help settle little ones and sneak in a cuddle whenever I can.
Your comfort and your baby’s well-being are my priority!
-
Absolutely. Inner Glow is a safe and supportive space where you’re welcome to breastfeed or bottle-feed your baby whenever needed.
I've even had clients get wonderfully creative—nursing while finishing their last few exercises!
Your comfort and your baby’s needs come first, and I’ll always support you in finding what works best for both of you.
-
Yes, you’re always welcome to bring your baby—even if they’re on the move!
My home studio is a cozy garage setting, and while we usually keep the door open for fresh air, it does lead to a driveway, so your baby’s safety is really important. Whether or not it's the right fit depends on your little one’s stage and temperament, and I’ll always work with you to make sure you get the most out of your time here.
That said, I’ll never say no to a mum bringing her child—this is a supportive, flexible space for you both.
-
I have a play mat and one bouncer set up in the studio, but feel free to bring along anything that helps keep your bub comfortable—whether that’s a favourite toy, blanket, or extra bouncer.
Whatever makes the space feel right for you and your little one is always welcome.
