With a focus on breath, alignment, and pelvic floor connection, you’ll feel empowered, supported, and deeply in tune with your changing body.

The Prenatal Glow Program

Six-week program including small group Pilates classes, expert advice, and pregnancy resources.

What’s Included?

  • Six 45-minute Pilates classes in my home studio. These are focused on pelvic floor and core strength, with labour exercises and breathwork.

  • Talk all things pregnancy and beyond with local female health physiotherapist.

  • Opportunity to connect with other local mummas-to-be in a safe and welcoming environment. Perfect for building your support network and meeting likeminded new friends.

  • For second and third trimester.
