The Prenatal Glow Program
Six-week program including small group Pilates classes, expert advice, and pregnancy resources.

Six 45-minute Pilates classes in my home studio. These are focused on pelvic floor and core strength, with labour exercises and breathwork.

Talk all things pregnancy and beyond with local female health physiotherapist.

Opportunity to connect with other local mummas-to-be in a safe and welcoming environment. Perfect for building your support network and meeting likeminded new friends.
